We send them back with your order! While in our hands your original memories will be taken care of and made sure that they are properly transferred over. Once we complete the service you will receive the original tapes back in the shipping package!

How Long Will The Transfer Process Take?

1-2 weeks upon arrival. Depending on workload. But an estimate will be sent once we receive tapes and start working on them.
